I think you would need to locate your original disc that has the written Product Key and install it again on your Mac.
You would have a difficult time restoring the software due to the license/Product Key.

Thanks for the quick response. I have found that when I do a complete system restore from Time Machine, Office comes back just fine. Just trying to understand if I can restore Office by itself.
You would need to get more files than just the applications, so I think Sparkleberry has the right answer. There are files in your user Library that need to be restored for the programs to operate properly.
