Q: photos won't transfer from my phone to macbook. worked until mid july

my macbook version 10.10.4 stopped transferring photos from my iPhone in mid july. All iPhone settings recommended are in place.

MacBook Pro (13-inch Early 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

I understand that you are unable to import your iPhone photos to your MacBook Pro. Here is a troubleshooting article that I would go through when experiencing this issue.

If you can't import photos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer

Thank you Jason!! I looked on you tube also yesterday at David A Cox who gives free tutorials on apple products. I realized I had the photo setting switched off on my iCloud on my macbook as well. (grandkids are the culprits maybe????? LOL) For everyone out there , his videos are very helpful!!! He has a myriad of topics to choose from.. Since I don't speak computer very well, it helps that he shows a screen and how to do things. Thank you soon much Jason for your reply and reference!!
