Display gray

I have this issue with the display, the middle appears in gray after minutes gone...
any fix for this?
Has the phone been dropped? I would take to an Apple Store, it sounds like there may be something wrong with the screen.

Has some water been dropped to the phone? Like questionasker said, I would take it to an Apple Store. It definitely has a hardware damage that needs to be fixed.
One more question, has the screen ever been replaced (especially by anyone other than Apple?)
