Hello, I am having iPhone 5. My display part is coming out of side panel, so how much it will cost me in apple service centre.

If it is an Apple flaw, or a manufacturing problem with the device, they should do it for free, but if you/someone else had broken it you may have to pay around £60 maybe less.
If it is a simple screen Replacement an Apple retail store Genius bar may be able to replace the screen for $US 129 + tax however if there is any other damage then it would require an Out of Warranty exchange unit for $269 similar prices in other currencies
However before taking any action check the iPhone 5 against this doc

As you appear not to have seen the terms of use when you joined today ,now would be a good time to read them
