Is it possible to rotate text inside cell so it will appear 90 degrees clockwise?

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. I am not sure I understand method #2 in that link. I have no idea what are the "underlying table cells", and how 90 deg CW rotation has to do with "Fill" or "No Fill" text/cell options.
Is it possible to clarify?

About half way through the tip, there is a bold label for Method 2 that includes great detail. Follow those instructions. The author uses the word underlying because you are copying the text from a cell in the table, creating a text box with the same text, then laying the textbook onto of the cell. Therefore the cell in the table is under the text box label (which is rotated 90 deg).
