Q: I need to change my primary email address in icloud and get a password

To change the email address that is your Apple ID, follow the steps in this article - Change your Apple ID. Note that Apple IDs that end in @icloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com can not be changed and you can not change an Apple ID to one of those.

To change the password to your Apple ID you can use the methods in this article - Change your Apple ID password. If the password has been forgotten, you can reset it using the steps in this article - If you forgot your Apple ID password.
