iphone 6 plus cannot backup

I removed itunes, reinstalled new version of iTunes on 7/26/2015, followed the steps in here like and restarted and connected directly still unable to make a backup of iphone 6 plus. Using Windows 7 64 bit. Still no go. Advise.

Reset the Lockdown folder.
