Check Service and Support Coverage

Recently I cross check my iPhone 6 Serial Number against the Apple Service and Support Coverage web page (https://selfsolve.apple.com/wcResults.do), the result page shown that the mentioned product serial number has been replaced. The details of the message as follow:

"We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. Please check your information and re-enter your serial number. If your information is correct, you may need to contact us."

Anyone who had experienced and encounter this issue previously, appreciate you can enlighten me? ;-)

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

From a local Telco in Malaysia. However using the same link / URL, I am managed to retrieve the phone details and the warranty information back then some when in May / June 2015.

I would do as they suggest and check with them... Could be an item previously sold, registered but returned to the store within the 14 day period. Clearly you need it clarified to cover your guarantee.

I purchased this iPhone on 6 November 2014, it has been sometime from now.

After some findings, I had been informed by local authorized service center of Apple this were due a paid service request and repair case associated with this device. Therefore the original serial number and IMEI number has been replaced.
