Delete sync photos from another computer

I no longer have access to the computer I originally used to sync some photos to my iPad mini. I've read through many of these threads on how to delete photos and sync photos but from what I understand, I cannot delete photos from my iPad that were sync'd there using another computer. If that's true, I have a real problem with that. First, these are my photos and the iPad is my device, so I own this stuff. I should be able to do what ever I want with them. I don't understand how Apple can lock down these apps so tight that the user has little control over their own stuff. If I want to delete my stuff I should be able to, no questions. I'm a little frustrated to say the least. So, can someone please chime in here and help? Thanks!

Thanks questionasker3. That solved my problem, I appreciate the info.

Note to Apple

However, from a user perspective (listen up Apple), I am still frustrated with the amount of effort it takes to do something so simple. Apple needs to do a much better job at letting end users control "their own stuff", no matter what. These devices are not cheap, people are addicted, Apple is making billions, yet they (Apple) garner way too much control - and we're letting it happen by buying their products. I bought a Samsung Galaxy 6S recently over the iPhone 6, for this and other reasons. Apple, a change is needed!

Thanks again
