I posted a reply to another user regarding an issue I"m having and for some reason the green checkmark, "this solved my question" choice has been marked off green. My issue isn't resolved and I"m trying to figure out how to repost it as a discussion unfinished.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Just start a new thread, you can reference the existing one in it.
Also, from the information you provided in thread 1 your HDD is failing now, you should ensure that you have a backup immediately. Then replace the drive.
