Safari virus and error message not to procure online

My Safari is getting hung and is asking me to call 860-272-4101 for solution. It has an audio message saying that I have a virus and should not procure anything from the Mac. The safari does not respond but I can force quit and restart as normal again.

Please advise if the above is authentic number to call for solution?

Please advise what should I do? Should I reinstall my MacBook?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), Safari

1. No.

2. After force-quitting Safari, launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet for long enough to erase that site from the browser history. It's possible but unlikely that this issue is caused by adware; if so, download and run MalwareBytes for Mac, using a different web browser if needed.
