pre order will not download

As I understand, you pre-ordered a single, received the email that it was available and attempted to download it with not luck on obtaining it. Let's See if we can get it sorted out.
If you still have that email, it will have a link inside to download that single. The other options that you tried should have downloaded as well. If you still experiencing issues with it, I would recommend reporting the problem to the iTunes Store to get it sorted out. Take a look at the articles below for more information to get you back to listening to the music you have paid for.
