someone named MD.Ainul hacked my icloud account and removed my email from apple to his email(mdainul50@gmail.com). It was then logged in in my apple device iPhone 4 With my previous email. but then as the id was deleted I opened a new apple id with the same email of my previous id. Then I erased my device but the new id doesn't worked showing this -
how can I solve this problem and activate my iphone? Please help me!

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.
