I have just updated my Apple tv. Suddenly I can not access my iCloud photos

I have done that several times now. I have restarted and restored the Apple TV now.

The problem is that the Terms and Conditions page seems to have a problem. Every time I press Agree, it will start thinking for a few seconds, and then show the Terms and Conditions page all over again as if I have never press Agree before....

So I press Agree again, and it will happen over and over again...
