Problem with screen

I accidentally dropped my iPhone 5C about 3 feet today. It had a case and screen protector on but made a very loud bang. Upon further inspection I noticed that the screen wasn't cracked or scratched but along the sides of the screen there's like a sort of warp or hairline scratch or something. The screen is still working but the colors in that part of the screen are slightly different to the others. Any advice as to if I can fix this somehow will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Seth
