I'd like to use iCloud, but have forgotten IDs and passwords for apple id, email access and iTunes. I've reset apple id several times, but when I try to access other Apps. requiring my Apple id, it messages me the Id or PW is incorrect. I now only receive email for my husbands connected AOL address and cannot access my own apple email,,,?!!
Is there a way to store content from old accts, and establish new ID/PW acct., then insert the old data ?!
When you say you have reset your ID, do you mean that you have changed the password at iForgot.apple.com
