Answering phone calls on iPad no longer works in iOS 8.4

I have an iPhone 6 and iPad mini. Ever since upgrading to iOS 8.4, I can no longer accept incoming phone calls on my iPad or Mac. I receive notification of the incoming call but when I answer the call from my iPad the call gets picked up on my iPhone. That's right! The iPhone answers my call even if my device is in my pocket or another room. The same thing happens if I answer a call from my Mac. The call gets picked up on my iPhone, which defeats the purpose. I tried resetting all my devices but the issue persists.
