Recently restrictions to purchase apps on an iOS device that is managed under family sharing has not been working like it should.
When the family member requests an app the notification is sent to the family management owners iOS device. But when the "get app" request is selected it just disappears. There is no opportunity to accept or deny the request. At the requesters end they are then enabled to download the app even though they haven't been given permission to do so. Desperate for a solution. Any assistance in advance is greatly appreciated.
