How do we get music in iCloud added to iPhone

I have added music to my iTunes Library the songs have been added to iCloud Music Library however I cannot find them on my iPhone. I also signed up for iTunes Match. Need help understanding how iCloud and having music the iCloud works on my other device (iPhone). I use a PC.
