Can I recover photos from iPhone 5s once it's been in sea water

My iPhone 5s was dropped in the sea. We put it in fresh water then rice for 48 hours But its not switching on. Do I just throw it away or is it possible to get any information from it. I'd love to get the photos from it.

THanks in anticipation.

Sounds like it dead unfortunately. Since you can't turn it on you won't be able to access your photos either. You can get an out of warranty replacement from your nearest apple store. You will need to make an appointment at the genius bar. the replacment cost $269/£206.44.
