Cannot empty the Trash
MBP on Yosemite 10.10.4 can't empty the trash, even with command "chflags -R nouchg" in Terminal. The folders and files originated in Bootcam partition (NTFS formated). Please help!

Boot into Windows and empty the recycle bin. If you can't, run the "chkdsk" program.
Thank you for your advice, Linc Davis.
I've done the "CHKDSK /F C:" in Windows, scheduled at the reboot. The files/ folders seen in the Mac Trash has been removed in the registry as reported. -- Run "CHKDSK" again after rebooting Windows, no error, file system clean.
- Reboot in Mac: the "crazy" files/ folders still the Trash.
I did the followings in Mac:
- Empty Trash;
- Empty Trash securely;
- Go to Trash, set all the folder there as "shared" (I think that is unlocking?);
- Run "chflags -R nouchg" then empty Trash again --> Result: No such file or directory
- Run "sudo rm -rf" then empty Trash again --> Result: Directory not empty
- Run "sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash/ " then empty Trash again ---> Result Nothing changed
Very much frustrated, please kindly advise if you have any other ideas. Thanks in advance.
Please never try to empty the Trash in the shell. It's unnecessary, dangerous, and usually futile, as in this case.
Select one of the files you can't delete and open the Info window. What is shown for Where?
Thaks for your prompt reply, Here is the cut copied from the Terminal after execution of the command, it showed where are the files/ folders. They are all in the Bootcamp NTFS partition:
chflags -R nouchg /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Bí\ quyết\ dùng\ màu /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Disease\&Healing /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Documents\ 1.48.14\ PM /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Foods\&Drugg /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/HealthCare /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/My\ eBooks /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/NewBooks /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Politic /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/Religion\&Living /Volumes/BOOTCAMP/.Trashes/501/S-1-5-21-2298842752-575470377-3047542060-1000

The startup drive is failing, or there is some other internal hardware fault.
Back up all data on the drive immediately if you don't already have a current backup. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional—ask if you need guidance.
Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.
If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair
Apple also recommends that you deauthorize a device in the iTunes Store before having it serviced.
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed.
Should I use FileVault to keep privacy?
Any serious problem if I'll keep my MBP for some more time before going for repair in order to complete urgent works?
Since the drive is throwing uncorrected I/O errors, you should not trust it with data. The best way to protect your data during repair is to back up and erase.
By the way, can Recovery from Backup disk help to solve problem with I/O drive?
No. It's a hardware fault.
Thank you Linc Davis for you help. It seems to cost much.
