Error 1009 is when you are in country A and trying to download apps/media

from App Store/iTunes in country B. Error 1009 also occurs when trying to

download anything while physically located in a country without an AppStore.

Where are you located? What AppStore/iTunes store are you attempting to

use when you get the 1009 error?

Be physically located in the country whose AppStore you are trying to

use and have an account in that AppStore.

That error is what you marked as solved in my first post.
