Peer to Peer Apple Tv Mirroring no longer works perfectly

I use an IPAD AIR running IOS 8.4 which supports peer to peer mirroring as per the prerequisites mentioned by Apple. But it is no longer stable, it connects and disconnects frequently. I could have gone with connecting both Apple Tv and Ipad on the same WiFi Vlan. But i need a solution for an enterprise standard. What we have now is totally not reliable.Can someone help me on this if there is a solution for it??
