How can I get an email resent about a Genius Bar consultation?

Hi guys,

Last month I took my Ipod Nano to the London Covent Garden store to get it checked since its battery was not holding any power unless it was connected to the usb. I was told I would get an email sent to my Icloud account with the diagnosis of the problem after the nice guy who helped me finished with my appointment. Said email never arrived, and now I was asked for it in order to get a replacement/partial refund.

Is there any way I can get someone to resend the email to me without me going to the Covent Garden store, or any other London store? I am not in London often and would have to make a special trip for that! Seeing that my Ipod was already seen by a specialist and I have the reservation number and everything, surely they would be able to resend the email...but how do I contact them about it?
