iPads tied to an Old email address

Hi


I'm having a issue with one of our companies, our emails were managed by another company but suddenly disappeared and deleted all our email addresses. One of these emails were tied to the iPads as the iCloud account. With the email addresses inactive/deleted, is there a possibly bypass to use our new email address on the iPads and not have expensive paper weights ?
