hello i was just wondering if there is a way that we can link 3 ipad calanders together so we can see what each 1 has put on to the calander but we are using email address that are not exchange these are a private email server.

I would sign up for free Google accounts and use Google shared calendars. They are free and they work great across all platforms including iOS/iPads. Shared calendars have been working great for my family where we each have accounts but share them with each other. Hope this answers your question! ~Joe
