I have no idea why iTunes is showing the same songs but one is black and can be played. The other is greyed out. Its only doing it with the free U2 album. Help!

I understand you are seeing duplicates when you look at the U2 album in your iTunes for Windows library. When songs are dimmed, it means they are not available for viewing offline. On the menu bar, if you click the View command, then Only Music Available Offline, you should only see a single list of the U2 songs.
