While in Canada recently, kept my wife’s iPhone 5S on airplane mode to avoid international charges.
Ever since then text messages she’s been sending and receiving on the phone have not been flowing to her iPad and Mac.
All other iCloud functions seem to be working. How do we get those back. Running iOS 8.4.

Tried each of those steps. On all devices, wifi was on, bluetooth was on, handoff was on. Even tried turning them off, restarting and turning back on. Also logged out of iCloud, restarted and logged back in on all devices.
Text messages still do not flow from iPhone to iPad and Mac. Text messages previously would flow from that iPhone to the iPad and Mac, but not now.
Text messages on MY iPhone 6 DO flow to the Mac though.
