Can't switch stores because of a store credit balance of $0.02 I've tried emailing Apple to remove the balance but nothing happened please help with fixing this problem

I tried that but still didnt work
Have iTunes Support replied saying that your balance has been removed ? If it's been more that 48 hours since you contacted them and you haven't had a reply (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your email account) then try contacting them again
I'll wait another day and get back to you
