QuickTime won't play my AVI file
I am using a MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.5. I am trying to open an AVI file but Quick Time Player will not play it. The support site says this is a compatible file. What do I do?Qu

Try using VLC. AVI is a container, not a format, and some types of AVIs can’t be played in Mac OS X.
