I sign into www.icloud.com but can´t view my contacts, messages etc? My iPhone has a hardware issue and doesn´t work any more so I wanted to check my back up on iCloud?

If you're not seeing any of the content on iCloud.com, then you either might not be signed in with the same Apple ID that's on your iOS device, or your iOS device does not have iCloud enabled.
