Problem Updating Apps on my iPhone 4s w iOS 8.4
I have been buying and using apps from the iTunes store on my iPhone 4s for several years with no problems. Recently, when I try to request an update for a previously purchased app I get a prompt to enter my AppleId password. The problem is that the AppleId it is requesting a password for has been inactive for some time. It is not the AppleId I am currently using. I do not have the password for that other AppleId and though I have tried several times to access it through MyAppleId, I cannot. I have tried deleting and reinstalling all my iPhone apps, but the problem persists. I suspect the problem is with the iTunes store, but I don't have a clue as to what else I can do, or if their is anyone who can help me.
