My daughter reset my phone and I cannot connect to iTunes like it says because I don't have a computer how can I set it up

If it is reset you should be at the setup screen. If you are locked out is no way to do it without a computer.
If your iPhone is displaying the "Connect to iTunes" screen, then that is what you must do. You'll need a computer running iTunes. Or make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. Be sure to back up your device before taking or sending it to Apple.
