cant download book on ibooks on iphone

being a bit of a 40k fan i tried to download the ork codex (enhanced edition) on my iphone as i want to check out

what the enhanced editions were like. i cant seem to download it on my iphone but other books seem unaffected.

as i bought it on my iphone 5 i tried downloading it on my laptop and transferring it across to check it out

alas to no avail.

i have tried restarting the phone to no affect, and i am check the updates ibook 4.3 and is 8.4.

does anyone have any suggestions?
