Take it back to who ever you purchased the iPhone 6 from

Try the basics for starters:

You can try resetting your iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.

Try again to see if the problem persists.

The issues you describe started with IOS 8. In my job i see this all the time. You need to go to Apple and get a replacement.

I suggest we wait to see if it was purchased in Pakistan from an authorised reseller then he can return it as I suggested

Pakistan is awash with grey imports and if it is grey there is no recourse in Pakistan through normal channels
