Hide/Unhide App Store Purchases Fails in iOS 8.4

I'm using the iTunes version iTunes 12.2.1.16 and it doesn't allow me hide my apps *** shown in the link Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support when I logon iTune in my PC the "X" doesn't appear in its upper left corner and I can't even click on any app, please help me, I've already open two issues and apple haven't answered me yet. I really appreciate your help.

Click where the X would be. You should notice the pointer change shape when you are in the right place. Presumably this is a bug that will be fixed in the next release.
