When I connect my ipod nano to my PC with windows 8 I get a message "Device not Supported"
When I connect my ipod nano to my pc running windows 8 I get a message on the nano "Device not supported"
I have uninstalled and installed itunes, shut down computer, reset nano. I have done all of the 5 r's
It worked fine for about one year.
