Just upgraded to iOS 8.4 on my partners I-pod touch. He has inverted colours on, and has voiceover and accessibility functions switched on. When in music and going into artists, he now cannot scroll down (using 3 finger scroll) past the first page. Have tried switching iPod off and on and doing a soft reset, but to no avail. Any suggestions VERY welcome!

The Apple accessibility contact has been very helpful for me with a voice over issue. If you are in the U.S. you can call them otherwise they have an email. Thanks for the advice about the accessibility contact - didn't know that existed! Will try them, and if all else fails then will try the restore, but only really want to do that if I have to. Thanks!
No problem, I didn't know about the accessibility contact either until I had an issue and happened to stumble upon it on the website.
