I've tried following the instructions others have been given, but alas, I'm stumped. I can't get past the 1400X1400 error for submitting a podcast.
Could someone help me?

Oh, and am I correct in saying that the RSS feed for this would be: WWW.3GT.FM/Feed/ or WWW.3GT.FM/?feed=rss

This is not a properly constructed podcast feed. It has no 'iTunes declaration' in the xmlns tag -
<rss xmlns:itunes="http://www.itunes.com/dtds/podcast-1.0.dtd" version="2.0">
There are no 'itunes:...' tags such as subtitle and summary, and no 'itunes:image' tag, hence the error message about the image. You have constructed the feed in WordPress; I can't advise on how to go about making it iTunes compliant, but you may find this WordPress instructional page on podcasting helpful:

Note that your image must be minimum 1400 x 1400 px (there no point in going larger than that anyway), JPG or PNG, RGB, and less then 500kb.
