Had internet issues but seem to be resolved. In the process some apps stopped working so I deleted them, now can't reinstall. Have tried to download new apps and won't allow that. Comes up with a message " ....cannot be downloaded! please try again later. Tried multiple times over last 24 hours. My husband having the same issue on his IPad and my iPhone. Ideas?
On your husband's iPhone try downloading one of the apps using just cell data and turning WiFi off.
