No volume on my ipod even when song shows it is playing
there is no volume for my music even though the ipod 7th shows the song is playing

It sounds like you have no audio whatsoever from the built in speaker on your phone. I would ensure you have done the troubleshooting in the following article:
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
You can also backup and restore your phone to see if that resolves the issue:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
