I have just bought a new iPhone 6 Plus On my ringtones I still on my old phone How do I get them back And how do you reset your phone back to factory settings I can resell my old phone

Sync the content to iTunes, then connect the new phone and make sure sync tones is selected. I found this using the search function.

Regarding the factory settings, on the device, turn off find my iPhone in iCloud, turn off iCloud, sign out of iMessage/Facetime and the iTunes and app stores.
Then, select settings, general, reset, erase all content and settings.
