Beats 1 Radio has never worked on my PC

When I attempt to play Beats 1 Radio on my (Windows 7) PC, iTunes (12.2.1.16) cannot play it. I get a message that says, "Unable to play Beats 1. This computer is not able to play iTunes Radio stations that are live streaming." If I'd known I would not be able to access all of iTunes Music's features, then I wouldn't have subscribed to the service.

I have the same problem. I can not find out why? Is it because we are in the UK?

I'm in the UK and managed to play Beats 1 Radio without an issue (Windows 7, iTunes 12.2.1.16). I actually have the opposite problem, it's the only station I can play!

Just realised you need an iTunes music subscription to listen to the other stations. A popup message or something to say this wouldn't go a miss...
