I paid the Icloud annual fee and I set-up my icloud on my PC. I have just shared some photos from my Iphone to my Icloud, Yet my Icloud folder on my pc remains empty. Do I need to sync my iphone with my pc, and how do I do this?

Make sure Photos is selected in your iCloud services.
Example:

Hi, thank you for responding. Yes, the photos icon is selected. I also just hooked up my Iphone to my PC and will drag and drop the photos for now. Not sure why I spent the $ and effort getting Icloud set-up at this point. Thanks for trying to help though.
