I have a lock on my apple tv icon in iTunes 12 plus I
have an OS X 8 iPhone 6. The icon is locked. The music I
uploaded recently into iTunes is showing but, say's
Content Not Found. I feel very unnerved with this..

Welcome to the new Apple Music service. If you have upgraded to iTunes 12.2 and tried the new Apple Music service you can no longer share content via home sharing to AppleTV or iOS devices. Nor can you sync your existing play lists, nor can you sync or share content that you did not buy from Apple. Basically once the new Apple Music service is endurable most of the ways you used to listen to music are broken or un-useable.
