multiple groups and contacts iPad iPhones

Recently purchased 6 Plus, as did another family member. We use same Apple ID. We now have duplicate/triplicate contacts on iPhones, iPad and Mac Mini. Only what one contact to share among all devices. How can I resolve the contacts?
