airplay not appearing on iTunes 12.2.1.16 for Windows 7 Enterprise

I am not able to find the airplay button on my iTunes. I tried the IPV6 process as mentioned on an earlier post. I do not know if this is because I have an enterprise version of Windows 7 or if this is a iTunes 12.2.1.16 flaw.

I am trying to Airplay to a B&W Zeppelin Air

Any suggestions appreciated
