Battery Requires Services - Apple Diagnostics

Hi, i run the Apple Diagnostic at the startup of my MacBook Pro (retina 2013) and it detected a "problem" with my bettery ;

PPT004 :

PPT004The battery requires service. The battery is not functioning normally, though you may not notice a change in its behavior or the amount of charge it holds. You can continue to use your battery before it’s checked without harming your computer.

If i had not run this utility i wouldn't have noticed any problems... Also, when I Click on "alt" and the battery icon (in the menu bar), it said that my battery is "normal".

What should i do ??? Do you think it's a real problem ??

Thanks

PS: Sorry for my bad english, it's not my main language...

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)
