Sim not valid

I am traveling to Bangladesh. I am using iPhone 4s. Now it shows SIM NOT VALID when i replace my sim with Bangladeshi local sim.How can i make my phone unlocked for Bangladeshi local carrier???

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.4

This is very simple - you contact the carrier that the phone is locked to and only they can unlock the phone for you.

What that mean contact the carrier??? I don't get it. Should i contact with the sim company?
