I am Njock from Michigan and here I want to discuss one thing that one of my cousin wants to buy I phone. But he is confused and not able to decide which one to buy as there are different versions. Also he is asking me many times. So can any one tell me which one is best to buy I phone 4 or 5?

iPhone 5 is surely better than iPhone 4. Just FYI: the latest model is iPhone 6.
Take a look at this iPhone model overview:
If not already, iPhone 4 is going to be made obsolete with the next IOS version due in September 2015.
At the low end, I would only consider an iPhone 5s now.
Better still is to wait for the introduction of the next iPhone 6s.
This is because it could lower demand and asking prices for the iPhone 5s as well as iPhone 6 in the near future.
A better question to ask your self is which cell phone carrier to use and which model of iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 to purchase.
